Your home address will never be shared with anyone. Every letter will pass through our PO Box. You write to us and we'll forward it. Simple.

Every match is reviewed by a person before it's confirmed with no exceptions.

If something doesn't feel right email hello@theloopr.co.uk. We'll aim to respond within 24 hours, seven days a week. No explanation needed, ever.

We will never ask you to continue a correspondence that makes you uncomfortable, share your address or ask you to justify wanting a new match.
 
Loopr is for adults aged 18 and over. We never read your letters and any abusive or threatening correspondence results in immediate removal.
