What we collect & why
When you join the waitlist your email address only.
When you complete the questionnaire your first name, age range, city, life situation, communication style and interests.
When you buy a kit your delivery address (used to send your kit, then archived), your email, and payment details processed by Stripe. We never store card details.
What we never collect Phone number, political or religious views, or the content of your letters. We do not read your correspondence.
How we use it To match you with a pen pal, to send your kit and to send any Loopr updates — unsubscribe at anytime. Never for advertising or sold to anyone.
Your address Every letter passes through our PO Box. Your home address is never shared with your pen pal.
Your rights You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Email hello@loopr.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies Essential cookies only. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation. No advertising or tracking cookies.
